Nothing stood out positively during my stay at this place.

Odors throughout the building created a putrid atmosphere, with smells ranging from cannabis to dog urine. The exterior of the hotel was littered with trash and dog feces, which detracted from the surroundings. Inside, the cleanliness was lacking—floors remained dirty and I even encountered a room without a shower curtain. On top of that, during my stay, there was persistent noise from nearby fights and disruptions that made for a disturbing night. To top it off, I struggled to access my room due to a malfunctioning key card. It felt unsafe, as there were loiterers in the parking lot into the early hours.

The room had everything we needed. A full kitchen with microwave, stovetop, and refrigerator made cooking easy. The bathroom had nice free toiletries. The flat-screen TV was a plus too. The place was chill and we had a cozy seating area to relax. Plus, the air conditioning kept us cool.

It was just a prime choice for a short stayover in Peoria, great for the money. The kitchenette in the room made it easy to prepare my own meals, which saved me a lot. Make sure to check in early if you can.

the elevator was out of service, making it tough to get to my room (especially with luggage! ). but the kitchenette was great for cooking, and the laundry facilities were convenient. the staff was super helpful too!.

Pet-friendly policies allowed my dog to accompany me without hassle, which was a huge plus. However, the facility had its downsides, outside noise was noticeable, and the location lacked convenient access to stores without a vehicle, requiring rideshare services or long walks. Additionally, the area’s upkeep could be improved, with some trash near the entrance detracting from the overall experience.
